Chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression
Use caution with a history of neutropenia and/or thrombocytopenia.
Hypoglycemia
Use caution with diabetes mellitus.
Hypophosphatemia, proteinuria, nephrotoxicity
Use caution with renal impairment.
