Adverse reactions
Very common > 10%
↓ platelet count, ↑ liver enzymes, ↑ serum creatinine, motion sickness, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, testicular pain, vomiting
Common 1-10%
Anemia, cellulitis, asthenia, constipation, fever, generalized pruritus, malaise, skin rash, somnolence, skin abscess, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, testicular swelling
Unknown frequency
Acute pancreatitis, agranulocytosis, arthritis, ↓ sperm concentration, ↑ WBC count, ↑ serum TBIL, jaundice, oligozoospermia, melena, seizure
