Hypersensitivity to dicloxacillin sodium, to any of the penicillins or any component of the formulations
Warnings and precautions
C. difficile colitis, diarrhea
Maintain a high level of suspicion, as Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea is reported with use of dicloxacillin sodium, and may present as mild diarrhea to more severe colitis.
