Hypersensitivity to bacitracin zinc / neomycin sulfate / polymyxin B sulfate or any of its components
Warnings and precautions
Skin rash, skin erythema
Maintain a high level of suspicion as, antibiotics, particularly neomycin sulfate, may cause cutaneous sensitization.
Superinfection
Maintain a high level of suspicion, as prolonged use of bacitracin zinc / neomycin sulfate / polymyxin B sulfate may result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms particularly fungi.
