Age ≥ 65
≥ 3 risk factors for coronary artery disease(family history of coronary artery disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, current smoker)
Significant coronary stenosis (≥ 50%)
Use of aspirin in the past 7 days
Severe angina (≥ 2 anginal events in 24 hours)
ST deviation
Elevated serum cardiac markers
Risk of all-cause mortality, new or recurrent MI, or severe recurrent ischemia requiring urgent revascularization in 14 days is 5%
