B. Evidence of common bile duct stone on abdominal ultrasound
C. Common bile duct diameter > 6 mm (with gallbladder in situ)
D. Clinical ascending cholangitis
E. Total serum bilirubin 1.8-4 mg/dL 
F. Total serum bilirubin > 4 mg/dL
G. Abnormal liver function tests (other than bilirubin)
H. Clinical gallstone pancreatitis
