Wells' criteria for pulmonary embolism

Clinical signs and symptoms of DVT
Previous, objectively diagnosed PE or DVT
HR > 100
Immobilization ≥ 3 days or surgery in the previous 4 weeks
PE as likely as or more likely than an alternative diagnosis
Hemoptysis
Cancer/palliative care/stopped treatment of cancer within 6 months
Risk of pulmonary embolism is low (1.3%)
