Joint redness
Involvement of 1st metatarsophalangeal joint
Hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction, congestive HF, stroke or TIA, peripheral vascular disease
Serum uric acid > 5.88 mg/dL [> 0.35 mmol/L]
Risk of gout is 2.2%
