The International Germ Cell Cancer Collaborative Group (IGCCCG) Prognostic Classification of Germ Cell Tumors is a clinical calculator used in the field of oncology. This scoring system is specifically designed for patients diagnosed with metastatic germ cell tumors, including testicular cancer and extragonadal germ cell tumors. 

The IGCCCG classification is used to stratify patients into three prognostic groups (good, intermediate, and poor) based on various factors such as primary tumor location, tumor markers, and the presence of non-pulmonary visceral metastases. This stratification helps clinicians to predict the patient's prognosis and to guide treatment decisions, including the choice of chemotherapy regimen.

The IGCCCG classification is not applicable to patients with localized germ cell tumors or those with non-germ cell malignancies. It is also not suitable for pediatric patients as it was developed based on data from adult patients.
