Classification criteria for catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome
Evidence of involvement of ≥ 3 organs, systems and/or tissues
Simultaneous manifestations or concurrent manifestations within 1 week
Small vessel occlusion in at least one organ/tissue confirmed by histopathology
Positive antiphospholipid antibodies (lupus anticoagulant and/or anticardiolipin)
Diagnostic criteria are not met
