C. Absence of shock
D. No improvement of serum creatinine following at least 2 days of diuretic withdrawal and volume expansion with albumin (1 g/kg/day up to a maximum of 100 g/day)
E. No recent or current treatment with nephrotoxic drugs
F. No parenchymal renal disease (proteinuria < 0.5 g/day, no microhematuria, normal renal ultrasound)
